At 17, I walked through the doors of a church for the first time on my own terms. I was wrestling with addiction and knew I needed help. What I found there was a community of people who prayed for me, encouraged me, and helped me without judgment. God saved my life, and He did it through the people of the local church.

Since then, my greatest desire has been to help others experience the same love and grace I encountered when I became a follower of Jesus. Through college and graduate school, where I earned a Master’s degree from Lincoln Seminary, this passion never faded. I have served as the Senior Pastor at Central Church in the Las Vegas area for over 21 years alongside my best friend and wife, Lori, and our two kids.

I’m not just a pastor of a church — I’m a product of the church. I’ve written many books and had the privilege of teaching on K-LOVE and Air1 radio for many years. In short, I’m a grace guy who loves helping people keep going and growing in faith.
