Soul-care groups for pastors who want to serve Strong and finish well
High-capacity leaders are often surrounded by people, but still lack a trusted place to be fully known. The hard hits and heart hits of ministry can pile up quietly: pressure, conflict, isolation, family strain, discouragement, and the constant responsibility of caring for everyone else.
Covenant Connections exists because no pastor should have to lead without a trusted community who understand the weight.

About Covenant Groups
A Covenant Group is a safe, confidential community of pastors and church leaders committed to soul care, honest connection, spiritual renewal, and long-term faithfulness.
What Is a Covenant Group?
Each group provides space to process life and ministry honestly, without posturing, performing, or pretending. The goal is not to fix one another. The goal is to become close enough that encouragement, accountability, healing, and growth can happen naturally over time.
how it works
The model we follow is typically 4-3-2-1: four leaders, meeting over three years, twice a year in retreat, and once a month by Zoom or phone calls with an experienced facilitator.
You will meet with three other leaders, one of which is your group facilitator. The small number allows for honest, open sharing as your relationships deepen.
You will stay in your group for three years. Transformation is not an event; it’s a journey. It only happens on purpose, over time and in community.
You will gather for two in-person retreats each year. Seeing each other face-to-face is one of the keys to deepening relationships. Being in the same room with each other allows for even greater opportunities to be open, vulnerable, and authentic.
You will gather with your group virtually in one video meeting a month. Meeting with this much regularity allows you to receive ongoing support, encouragement, and allows you to give updates on your life and ministry.
Pricing
The annual fee holds steady for the full three-year Covenant Group journey. Participants are responsible for any travel costs, meals, and lodging.
CONNECT WITH US
A Covenant Group is a meaningful three-year journey, and it’s okay to have questions before taking that step. If you’re interested but not ready to commit, reach out through Connect and someone from our team will help you discern whether this is the right fit and right season.
SCHOLARSHIPS & DONATIONS
Cost should not be the thing that keeps a pastor or ministry leader from receiving care, community, and encouragement. Partial scholarships may be available for leaders of smaller churches. Donations also help make Covenant Groups accessible to those who could not participate otherwise.
The Covenant Group experience was exceptionally life-giving for my spiritual, emotional, and relational health. It’s perhaps the one place where you’re not the most influential leader in the room, and that’s a good thing! It’s only then I can come face-to-face with my greatest fears and greatest joys. All the while, being embraced by the Caretaker of my soul and understood by guys who know what it’s like to carry the weight of spiritual leadership.
