Rolling Hills Community Church is presenting us with a unique chance to acquire the 4300/4301 Charlotte Avenue property. Priced at $18M, or accessible through our lease's right of first refusal, this opportunity aligns perfectly with our Tenth Generation vision, offering 4.5 acres and over 80,000 square feet in a prime Nashville location, right off the 440 loop. Secure your place in Immanuel's future today.
With just 20 months until June 2025, Immanuel faces the pressing need for a new home if Rolling Hills exercises our lease's early out clause. Renting a comparable facility would double our costs, straining our budget. Yet, with consistent attendance growth, our 1000+ member congregation requires a permanent Nashville home. Despite financial constraints, securing a suitable property is imperative.

You can get questions answered through an Immanuel pastor or Immanuel treasurer Rhea Thornton can be reached confidentially at finance@immanuelnashville.com.
Yes. Feel free to give at immanuelnashville.com/tenthgeneration or pledge toward a purchase of this property by emailing finance@immanuelnashville.com
We hope to follow up with you within a week or two. The congregation will continue praying and giving towards the Tenth Generation campaign, and we will continue negotiating towards this option while aggressively looking for other long-term homes for our congregation.
Gifts towards the Tenth Generation campaign will go towards a future long term home. Your pledge is for this specific property. If we are unable to secure this property or find a better option, we will follow up to see if you would still like to give to the new property.
Should we reach our $12M goal, we would reach out and confirm pledged gifts, and pursue a Letter of Intent with Rolling Hills. After acquiring a Letter of Intent, we would present the opportunity for a vote.
Rolling Hills has expressed interest in leasing back their side of the property for 3-5 years, which would help us main- tain this building and pay down debt. Going forward, we would be both eager to utilize spaces that would serve our congregation and open to leasing spaces not currently needed by our congregation.
Given high interest rates at this time, we are aiming to borrow ~$4 million or less to complete this deal. Conversa- tions with our bank (Pinnacle Bank) helped us arrive at this number.
This is all going to the same purpose. If you have outstanding Tenth Generation commitments that you can give im- mediately or pledge towards future purchase of this property, please include those in this commitment card.
